Russian diplomat accuses US of spreading chaos in Middle East

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said that Moscow objected to many actions of the US-led coalition fighting ISIS, especially in Syria. In his words, the US had no fixed criteria on cooperation with either the Syrian government or the terrorists, Interfax reports. The diplomat said that the process was getting out of control. Ryabkov believes that countries need to coordinate efforts according to the mandates of the UN Security Council and collaborate with the governments of the countries suffering terrorism.
